Just as we anticipated the needs of our changing industry, and were proactive in embracing those changes, we can help with your transition to non-ferrous forgings. Using computer modeling and simulation software, we can anticipate what to expect during initial tool-up and production. Our team will work with you to map-out the entire process, with all the advantages in cost and time clearly explained.

One of our historical strengths has been in converting screw-machined products and castings to forged parts. To complement our auto-forging technology, we have built up a sophisticated stable of high technology machining tools. This includes CNC equipment with multi-axis turning centers, CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers, as well as sophisticated CNC transfer machines.

This advanced technology is the perfect complement to our robotic material handling systems. We have added to our full project capabilities by making our own tools, dies and molds in-house. This enables us to keeps costs to a minimum, maintain quality control, and make revisions quickly to meet today’s demanding delivery requirements.

Lofthouse has extensive custom machining capabilities for low to high volume production components. Our CNC machines can meet the most stringent requirements with exceptional repeatability. We can machine non-ferrous components such as aluminum die castings, sand castings and many more.
